Rules and Regulations for Manaseek Consultants (MC)
1.0 Eligibility
1.1 To become a Manaseek Consultant you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
a) Complete The Manaseek Consultant's Registration Process on the Manaseek Entrepreneurship Program Mobile Application.
b) Have a solid reputation and demonstrate a commitment to ethical business practices.
c) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to travel and tourism in Malaysia.
1.2 We reserve the right to evaluate and approve or reject your applications at our
discretion.
2.0 Manaseek Consutants Responsibilities
2.1 Accurate Representation
As a Manaseek Consultant, you are responsible for accurately representing our Umrah and Hajj services to potential customers. You must provide truthful and up-to-date information about our packages, itineraries, prices, and any terms and conditions associated with our services.
2.2 Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the sale and promotion of Umrah and Hajj services. This includes but is not limited to consumer protection laws, travel agency regulations, and data protection laws.
2.3 Professionalism and Customer Service
You are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service to clients who purchase our services through you. Promptly address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
2.4 Confidentiality
Manaseek Consultants must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information received from customers or our company. This includes personal information, travel itineraries, and any other proprietary or confidential details. Confidential information should only be used for the purpose of facilitating the sale of our services.
2.5 Compliance with Policies and Procedures
Manaseek Consultants must adhere to our company's policies, procedures, and guidelines, which may be provided to you separately. These may include booking processes, payment procedures, cancellation policies, and any other operational guidelines we deem necessary.
3.0 Pricing and Payments
3.1 Pricing Guidelines
You must adhere to the pricing guidelines provided by our company for the sale of Umrah and Hajj services. Any discounts or promotional offers must be approved in advance by our company.
3.2 Payment Collection and Remittance
You are responsible for collecting payments from customers for our services and promptly remitting the agreed-upon amounts to our company as per the specified payment terms. We may provide you with payment instructions and acceptable payment methods.
4.0 Branding and Marketing
4.1 Use of Company Branding
You may use our company's branding materials, such as logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, solely for the purpose of promoting and selling our Umrah and Hajj services. Any modifications or alterations to our branding materials require our prior written consent.
4.2 Marketing Guidelines
Manaseek Consultants must engage in ethical marketing practices when promoting our services. Marketing activities must be truthful, and accurate, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Avoid any misleading statements, false claims, or deceptive marketing tactics.
5.0 Termination of Reseller Agreement
5.1 Termination Rights
We reserve the right to terminate the reseller agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these rules and regulations, non-compliance with applicable laws, unethical business practices, or damage to our company's reputation.
5.2 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all marketing and selling activities related to our Umrah and Hajj services. You will no longer be entitled to any commission, compensation, or benefits associated with being a Manaseek Consultant.
6.0 Amendments and Modifications
We reserve the right to amend or modify these rules and regulations at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or electronically. Continued participation as a Manaseek Consultant after the modifications shall signify your acceptance of the revised rules and regulations.
By becoming a Manaseek Consultant of our Umrah and Hajj services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these rules and regulations. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the termination of your Manaseek Consultant appoinment.
