Manaseek International Sdn Bhd ("Manaseek"), hereby acknowledge that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth as follows:

 

1. Eligibility:

a. Merchants must be legally registered businesses and provide accurate and up-to-date information about their company.

b. Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

 

2. Product Listings:

a. Merchants are responsible for creating accurate and detailed product listings, including item descriptions, images, pricing, and shipping information.

b. Listings must not contain false, misleading, or prohibited content.

c. Merchants should provide clear and honest information about the condition, availability, and specifications of their products.

 

3. Prohibited Products:

a. Merchants must not sell or promote any illegal or prohibited products, including counterfeit goods, drugs, weapons, stolen items, or any items that infringe upon intellectual property rights.

b. Merchants should familiarise themselves with the list of prohibited items and ensure compliance.

 

4. Customer Service:

a. Merchants are responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service, including responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and processing returns or exchanges according to the Manaseek's policies.

b. Merchants should maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with customers.

 

5. Order Fulfilment:

a. Merchants must ship orders promptly and provide accurate tracking information.

b. Merchants should package products securely to ensure safe delivery.

c. Merchants should notify customers in case of any delays or issues with order fulfilment.

 

6. Pricing and Payment:

a. Merchants should set fair and competitive prices for their products.

b. Merchants must not engage in price gouging or any other unfair pricing practices.

c. Merchants should comply with the Manaseek's payment policies and ensure secure payment processing.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection:

a. Merchants must respect customer privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

b. Merchants should implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data from unauthorised access or breaches.

 

8. Compliance with Policies:

a. Merchants must familiarise themselves with the Manaseek's policies and guidelines and comply with them at all times.

b. Failure to adhere to the rules and regulations may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination.

 

9. Feedback and Ratings:

a. Merchants should encourage customers to provide honest and constructive feedback.

b. Merchants should address customer concerns or negative feedback in a professional manner.

 

10. Amendments to Rules and Regulations:

a. Manaseek reserves the right to modify or update the rules and regulations for merchants. Merchants will be notified of any changes and are expected to comply with the revised policies.
