Cancellation and Refund Policy - Training
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Manaseek International Sdn Bhd ("Manaseek"), hereby acknowledge that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth as follows:
1. Manaseek will ensure that participants' personal information complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will not disclose it to any unrelated parties for any purpose.
PAYMENT
2. You may choose to make full payment or pay in instalments. For those who choose to pay in instalments, the first payment must be made during program pre-registration, and subsequent instalments will start according to the program payment schedule.
3. Participants can only access the platform and enjoy all modules within the platform if the participant's payment is active and there are no outstanding dues. Failure to settle payments according to the schedule will result in the suspension of participant access until the outstanding payment is settled.
4. All payments made are non-refundable or non-transferable to any other program.
COURSE ACCESS
5. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the online training course for the specified duration, as outlined in the course description.
6. Access to the course materials and resources will be provided via a designated online platform or website.
7. You must ensure that all necessary equipment for the program, including internet connectivity, is in good condition.
8. It is your responsibility to complete the online training course within the specified duration. No extensions will be granted for course completion beyond the designated time frame.
9. Once you have enrolled in an online training course, cancellations are not permitted.
